Constitutional Amendment: the Bill of Rights was the first course written by the Robert H. Smith Center for the Constitution and originally produced by Scitent e-Learning Solutions of Charlottesville, VA. The course, as with the other e-learning courses by the Center for the Constitution, was designed around continuing education credits (CEUs). Each course was required to take the learner a number of hours (in this case 15) and achieved it through an extensive script and videos.
Assessments were limited by the LMS (Canvas), which at the time did not employ any form of standardisation with respect to integrated assessments.
